Job Description

The RN Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective nursing care, assisting in strategic planning, and enhancing departmental services.

They supervise daily nursing operations, collaborate with other departments to meet quality and safety goals, and ensure consistent policies and standards are applied.

The role includes monitoring patient outcomes, staff performance, and providing feedback for improvement.

Qualifications include a BSN preferred, at least 2 years of clinical experience, previous leadership or management experience, and BLS certification.

The position requires RN licensure, involves a 5-day, 8-hour work schedule, and is full-time.
