Supervisor Registered Nurse – Nursing Leadership

Job Description

The RN Supervisor oversees the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective nursing care, assisting in analyzing, planning, and improving departmental processes and programs. They participate in developing strategic business plans and foster an environment of continuous operational, financial, and clinical improvement.

Responsible for supervising nursing activities in assigned areas, managing resources, and ensuring standards are met. They monitor patient outcomes, oversee staff performance, and support staff development to ensure quality care and customer satisfaction.

The role involves daily 24-hour operations, collaborating with other departments to meet safety, quality, and service goals. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferred), 2+ years clinical experience, previous supervisory experience (preferred), RN licensure, and BLS certification. The position is full-time, 5 days a week, 8-hour shifts.
