Provide direct patient care in a Med/Surg Tele setting, focusing on GI and Geriatric patients.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient treatment plans.
Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and document patient progress accurately.
Educate patients and families on health conditions and post-discharge care.
