Job Description
Responsible for planning, delivering, and documenting comprehensive patient medical care under the supervision of the Chief Medical Officer and Medical Director.
Perform primary and urgent care treatments within license scope, coordinate patient care, and review cases with medical leadership.
Supervise mid-level providers and nursing staff, ensuring quality care and adherence to policies.
Maintain availability for on-call duties, participate in continuing education, and attend meetings.
Contribute to quality assurance through chart reviews and support policy development to improve patient outcomes.
Engage in budget management, cost control, and productivity initiatives.
Work in a clinical setting with physical activity such as standing and walking, with exposure to communicable diseases.
Minimum qualifications include primary care competency, effective communication skills, ACLS certification, and valid medical license in Arizona.
