We are seeking a skilled Emergency Medicine Physician as a 1099 contractor for flexible PRN or full-time shifts in a dynamic emergency care setting.
Provide immediate assessment and treatment of acute illnesses and injuries, including trauma, airway management, and pain control. Perform physical exams, interpret diagnostics, and utilize EMR systems like Epic. Manage complex cases across specialties such as cardiology, neurology, and infectious diseases. Coordinate discharge and follow-up care, ensuring patient safety and quality standards. Experience in Level I/II trauma centers, urgent care, and critical care preferred. Requires certifications like BLS; ACLS, PALS advantageous. Pay ranges from $320 to $350/hour with malpractice coverage and travel reimbursement. Work in person, with responsibilities emphasizing comprehensive patient care, clinical judgment, and teamwork.
