Job Description

Seeking a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for in-home health assessments in Seattle, WA.

This locum role involves performing health evaluations, medication reviews, vitals, lab screenings, and distributing fecal kits.

Schedule: Monday–Sunday, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM, with 5–8 assessments daily.

Candidates must be licensed in Washington and at least one other state, available for at least two full days weekly (including one weekday), and reside outside Washington.
