Job Description
Reporting to the Manager of Clinical Quality, this role serves as a regional clinical resource, conducting site visits to assess regulatory compliance, quality, and safety practices.
It involves implementing policies, training staff, and driving clinical competence to improve patient outcomes.
Responsibilities include performing environment of care rounds, identifying practice gaps, developing action plans, managing performance improvements, and leading process improvement projects.
Travel up to 50% is required for onsite assessments and training.
Additionally, the role involves developing and facilitating clinical education programs, monitoring staff compliance, and assisting with policy development.
Requirements include LVN/LPN certification, 3-5 years of nursing experience, licensure in Texas and/or Louisiana, and strong communication skills. Experience in quality improvement and clinical education is preferred.
Work hours are 8AM-5PM, Monday through Friday, in a full-time capacity.
