Job Description

Seeking a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist for a PRN, home-based role serving families in the Greater Heights/Independence Heights area of Houston, TX.

  • Perform comprehensive evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, and create home exercise programs in collaboration with caregivers.
  • Coordinate care with other providers and meet weekly visit requirements, ensuring all documentation is completed timely and in compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Must hold an active Texas SLP license, with experience in feeding therapy and reliability. Flexibility and proficiency with technology are essential.
  • Bonus points for 3+ years pediatric experience, home-health background, specialized feeding certifications, or bilingual skills.
