Seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) or Licensed Social Work Interns (LSW) for in-home therapy services with Medicaid Fee for Service clients.


  • Competitive pay: $100-$130 per client for LCSWs; $76-$93 for LSW Interns.
  • Flexible scheduling, with full-time earning potential of $100,000 annually; part-time options with a minimum of 10 clients weekly.
  • No micro-managing; independent contractor relationship; responsible for own taxes and benefits.
  • Clients are ready to start immediately; software and Medicaid compliance provided; referral incentives available.
  • Must hold Nevada LCSW or LSW license; MSW required; internships available with free supervision.
  • Work location is in-home; no remote work; full-time, part-time, or contract roles available.
  • Expect 15-40 hours weekly, with flexible scheduling after school hours.
