Job Description

We are seeking a Bilingual School-Based Mental Health Therapist in Howard County, MD, offering a $5K sign-on bonus.

Qualifications: Master’s in social work or psychology, Maryland licensure (LCSW-C, LMSW, LGPC), bilingual in Spanish, and at least 1 year of clinical experience.

Responsibilities: Provide individual, family, and group therapy at a school location, conduct intake assessments, develop treatment plans, collaborate with school staff and community agencies, and ensure documentation compliance. Maintain a caseload, support family engagement, and address clinical needs through evidence-based practices.
