A well-established, privately owned outpatient pain management practice in Pensacola, FL is seeking a Non-Interventional Pain Management Physician to join its multidisciplinary team. This position is ideal for a physician trained in PM&R, Neurology, or Anesthesiology who prefers a conservative, patient-centered approach to pain management and values a predictable weekday schedule.


Position Highlights:

  • 100% outpatient, office-based practice
  • No call, nights, or weekends
  • Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Predictable schedule supporting excellent work-life balance
  • Emphasis on non-interventional, conservative pain management
  • Patient population primarily personal injury with some workers’ compensation
  • Collaborative, multidisciplinary team including neurology and rehabilitation services
  • Privately owned, well-established practice with strong administrative support

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Year 1 base salary: $300,000 – $350,000+
  • Year 2: Transition to a draw on a percentage of collections
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Paid time off
  • Malpractice insurance
  • Additional benefits commensurate with experience

Requirements:

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in PM&R, Neurology, or Anesthesiology
  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency in a relevant specialty
  • Active Florida medical license or eligibility for licensure
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Experience with personal injury or workers’ compensation cases preferred, but not required
