Job Description

Bespoke Psychiatry is expanding and seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to provide high-quality psychiatric care in long-term care settings across Illinois.

Our unique group offers supervision and case discussions with two board-certified psychiatrists, supporting both new and experienced providers.

We value team spirit, empathy, problem-solving, and strong communication. Full-time or part-time roles are available, requiring Illinois licensure, BCLS certification, and a passion for mental health.

Responsibilities include patient assessments, care planning, documentation, collaboration, and patient education. Benefits include a 401(k), health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, bonuses, and a sign-on or relocation incentive.

Pay ranges from $120,000 to $140,000 annually, with additional earning bonuses. Experience and certification in psychiatry are preferred. Candidates must be willing to travel to facilities.
