Bespoke Psychiatry is expanding and seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to provide high-quality psychiatric care in long-term care settings across Illinois.

  • Immediate openings for PMHNPs, APNs, or PAs in multiple Illinois locations.
  • Unique access to supervision and case discussions with two board-certified psychiatrists, supporting both new and experienced providers.
  • Seeking passionate team players with empathy, strong communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Full-time or part-time roles available; must have Illinois license or in process, with prescriptive authority and BCLS certification.
  • Responsibilities include patient assessments, care planning, documentation, collaboration, and education.
