Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Registered Nurse II for the Orthopedics unit, working full-time overnight shifts (7p-7a) in Lynchburg, VA.
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to orthopedic patients, including pre- and post-operative assessments and treatments.
Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal recovery.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols.
Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and orthopedic health management.
Demonstrate strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and effective communication.
