Job Description
Provides ambulatory primary care services in accordance with community standards, participating in quality improvement and healthcare planning activities.
Requires Missouri RN licensure and a master’s degree in Nursing with Nurse Practitioner certification.
Demonstrates commitment to serving underserved populations, with effective communication and computer skills.
Performs patient histories, physical exams, screening, diagnostics, and formulates care plans, including education and referrals.
Participates in quality assurance, protocol development, and staff education, supporting operational efficiency and community outreach.
Assumes responsibility for care quality, organizational strategy, and adherence to budget and productivity goals.
