Job Description

Full-time or contract Nurse Practitioner role providing ambulatory primary care services in a community-focused setting. Responsibilities include patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, ordering tests, patient education, and referrals.

  • Participates in quality improvement, protocol development, and organizational efficiency activities.
  • Ensures high-quality care, manages clinical outcomes, and responds to emergencies when necessary.
  • Contributes to staff education, research, community outreach, and organizational planning.
  • Collaborates on healthcare plans, supports organizational goals, and maintains compliance with standards.

    • Minimum qualifications include Missouri RN licensure, a master’s in Nursing with NP certification, and commitment to serving underserved populations. Compensation ranges from $100,000 to $130,000 annually, with benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off. The position involves in-person work within a community health environment.
