This role involves delivering ambulatory primary care services, ensuring quality, and participating in healthcare planning and improvement activities.
Requires Missouri RN licensure and a master’s in Nursing with certification as a Nurse Practitioner. Demonstrates commitment to serving underserved populations, effective communication, and proficiency with electronic systems. Responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, diagnosing, ordering tests, developing treatment plans, providing patient education, and making referrals. Engages in quality improvement, protocol development, and community outreach efforts. Supports operational efficiency, documentation accuracy, and staff education. Participates in administrative tasks such as research, staff recruitment, and meetings. Assumes responsibility for service quality, organizational viability, and aligning services with community needs. This full-time position offers a salary of $100,000-$130,000 with benefits including health, dental, vision insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
