Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate LPN or RN – Full-Time Nights for our Post-Acute Care facility in Lee’s Summit, MO.

• Provide high-quality nursing care to post-acute patients, including assessments, medication administration, and treatment planning.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal recovery.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Assist with patient transfers, discharge planning, and family education.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compassionate environment for residents.
