Requirements include a Master’s degree, active LPC, LPCC, LSW, or LISW license, 2-5 years of experience, a valid driver’s license, and no recent drug, theft, or felony charges.
Responsibilities involve diagnostic assessments, individual and group counseling, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and collaboration with providers. Strong communication, rapport-building, and organizational skills are essential.
