Community Health System is hiring Full-Time Nights Labor & Delivery Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) for our Clovis Community Medical Center in Clovis, CA. We’re offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus and up to a $15,000 relocation bonus!

Pay Range: $70.42 – $91.55

Responsibilities:
As an Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) in the Labor & Delivery department at Clovis Community, you’ll join a close-knit team within a 16-bed unit known for its welcoming and supportive environment. Here, you’ll build on the clinical expertise and leadership skills you developed at the bedside to guide and support a dedicated team that provides exceptional, family-centered care. You’ll coordinate patient care, foster professional growth, and help drive quality, safety, and performance initiatives that enhance outcomes for patients and staff alike. As part of an inclusive and collaborative workplace, you’ll play a key role in cultivating a positive culture where every team member feels valued and empowered to grow.

Required
Current State of California Registered Nurse license required
Current Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association required
Preferred
Graduate of approved nursing program required, Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred
