Job Description

We are seeking an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to join a dedicated Hospitalist team at a small LTAC hospital. The role involves providing direct, advanced nursing care to critically ill and complex patients with an average stay of 25-30 days, fostering meaningful patient recovery.

  • Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document patient care in accordance with hospital standards.
  • Manage care for medically complex patients, utilizing clinical expertise, education, consultation, and research.
  • Deliver age-appropriate care, demonstrating strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
  • Operate under state licensure and certification requirements, including BLS and ACLS.

    • Qualifications include a postgraduate nursing degree with clinical specialization, APRN licensure, national certification, and 1-3 years of critical care experience. The hospital offers a supportive environment with competitive benefits in a boutique, specialty setting.
