We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) – Behavioral Health to join our team in Newton, MA.

• Provide direct patient care and support for individuals with mental health and behavioral challenges.
  
• Assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans.
  
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse effects.
  
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
  
• Educate patients and families on mental health management and coping strategies.
  
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety protocols.
