Start date or Shifts Requested: May- ongoing

Daily schedule: Mon- Fri need 8hour shifts 8s are either 7:30a- 3:30p or 8a-4p, based upon case start time 10s are either 7:30a-5:30p or 8a-6p, based upon case start time Arrive 30 mins before case starts, latest arrival 7:30, 30-min unpaid lunch

Practice setting: Hospital

Types of cases: Ortho, endo, general surgery, GYN, ENT

Heads, Hearts, or OB required: No

Number of cases: Varies – depends on case type and room

Ages: adults only

Requirements: BLS, ACLS, Board Certified

Benefits: Malpractice insurance coverage; weekly electronic pay; potential travel and lodging benefits; earn $2,000 per referral.
