- Requirements: BC; Active License and DEA
- Schedule: Flexible
- On site 8a-5p, evenings and weekends are available but not required
- Productivity Expectations: 75 based on case mix and if onsite
- 100% Mammo
- Onsite Breast Procedural Coverage to include screening and diagnostic mammograms as time permits.
