Job Description
Seeking applicants in the Lexington to North Platte region to complete PLMHP hours and welcome practicum students.
Provide in-home counseling, case coordination, and trauma-informed assessments for families with a limited caseload.
Manage accurate documentation and submit weekly progress reports.
Offer emergency consultation and maintain communication with families and community agencies.
Develop discharge summaries and follow all program policies.
Qualifications include a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling or Social Work, licensure (LMHP, LCSW, or equivalent), with trauma-informed experience preferred; bilingual skills are a plus.
Benefits include a $33/hr rate, 403b with matching, health insurance, PTO, paid holidays, training, and professional development.
Work schedule is Monday-Friday, with on-call and weekend duties as needed; in-person work required.
