Job Description

• Seeking an experienced Internal Medicine Physician (MD or DO) licensed in California for a 1099 independent contractor role at a residential eating disorder treatment center.

  • Provide in-person medical assessments, follow-ups, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team at Monterey and Santa Barbara facilities.

  • Responsibilities include ordering labs, managing medications, supporting treatment planning, and addressing medical issues.

  • Must have active California license, DEA registration, and professional liability insurance; experience with eating disorders preferred.

  • Role involves 5-10 hours/week, compensation up to $17,000/month, and travel twice a month between locations.

  • Requires strong communication skills, compassionate approach, and a team-oriented mindset; on-site role only.
