Job Description

  • Provide high-quality psychological services within an integrated care team, including assessment, diagnosis, intervention, and care coordination.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff, accept warm handoffs, and deliver evidence-based, brief treatments.
  • Utilize screening tools, diagnose per DSM-V, and document progress accurately.
  • Design and modify treatment plans, coordinate community resources, and work with specialists.
  • Qualifications include Master’s in Social Work, active California LCSW license; bilingual in Spanish preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, judgment, professionalism, adaptability, and safety skills required.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% preferred.
