Job Description
Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist with a Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Behavioral Science from an accredited graduate program.
Current LCPC or LCSW license required.
Two to three years of clinical experience, with preference for experience with older adults, hospital, or nursing home settings.
Certifications in CPR and First Aid; behavioral de-escalation skills preferred.
Knowledge of community resources essential.
Provides organized psychotherapy, including individual, family, and group sessions, focusing on treatment and discharge planning.
Ensures compliance with relevant regulations and maintains professionalism.
Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm, with no weekends or on-call duties.
Hourly pay ranges from $30.00 to $43.50, based on experience.
