Job Description

This full-time, exempt Licensed Clinical Social Worker provides mental health services to clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities and behavioral/mental health disorders.

  • Conducts assessments and develops individualized, person-centered habilitation plans aligned with regulations.
  • Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team, including QIDPs, BCBAs, psychologists, and family members, to coordinate care.
  • Delivers evidence-based individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and client support.
  • Maintains accurate documentation, ensures regulatory compliance, and provides staff training.
  • Engages families and caregivers for ongoing support and education.
  • Provides follow-up care, responds to emergencies on-call, and supports treatment adjustments.
  • Requires a Master’s or Doctorate in Social Work, active LCSW license, minimum 2 years’ experience with individuals with disabilities, and strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Must be physically capable of handling the demands of the role, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Compensation ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, with benefits including health coverage, 401(k), paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.
