Job Description
This full-time, exempt Licensed Clinical Social Worker provides mental health services to clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities and behavioral/mental health disorders.
Conducts assessments and develops individualized, person-centered habilitation plans aligned with regulations.
Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team, including QIDPs, BCBAs, psychologists, and family members, to coordinate care.
Delivers evidence-based individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and client support.
Maintains accurate documentation, ensures regulatory compliance, and provides staff training.
Engages families and caregivers for ongoing support and education.
Provides follow-up care, responds to emergencies on-call, and supports treatment adjustments.
Requires a Master’s or Doctorate in Social Work, active LCSW license, minimum 2 years’ experience with individuals with disabilities, and strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
Must be physically capable of handling the demands of the role, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
Compensation ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, with benefits including health coverage, 401(k), paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.
