• Seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) with a master’s degree and 1-2 years’ experience in geriatric behavioral health.

  • Full state license required.
  • Positions are part-time or full-time in Union Grove, WI, with flexible daytime hours Monday to Friday.
  • Responsibilities include providing direct psycho-social services, evaluations, diagnoses, individual, group, and family therapies to nursing home residents.
  • See 10-15 patients daily, with flexibility to adjust based on scheduling needs.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, ensure documentation meets Medicare standards, and maintain quality care.
  • Proficient in technology, clinical documentation, and communication.
  • Preferred experience in healthcare settings like nursing homes and familiarity with Medicare guidelines.
