Job Description
Seeking a full-time LCSW or LCPC to join the outpatient behavioral health team at an Olney, IL health center.
Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for individuals and families, collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care.
Maintain accurate documentation, participate in team meetings, and supervise medical residents or students as appropriate.
Qualifications include a Master’s in Social Work or Counseling, valid Illinois LCSW or LCPC license, and at least 2 years of clinical outpatient experience. Knowledge of the PCMH model and evidence-based practices preferred. Bilingual skills are a plus.
