Diagnose psychological, behavioral, and emotional disorders

Create and implement treatment plans

Consult with medical professionals and therapists

Practice within legal guidelines

Administer social service programs

Educate clients’ families during treatment

Maintain accurate documentation promptly

Participate in care planning, meetings, and strategic initiatives

Proven experience as a clinical social worker or counselor

Knowledge of social theories and practices

Empathetic with a mission to serve underserved populations

Ability to build professional helping relationships
