Job Description
We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor to provide onsite and telehealth therapy at our Bigfork, MN clinic, working closely with healthcare providers to create a comprehensive healthcare home.
Flexible work schedule, primarily in Bigfork, with possible rotation to Northome and remote options.
Provide services to patients of all ages, managing mental health, substance abuse, and social service needs, with collaboration from primary care and community resources.
