Seeking a licensed master’s level mental health counselor to provide outpatient therapy services in a hybrid remote setting in Warren, OH.
Responsibilities include conducting client appointments across various settings, establishing trust, implementing evidence-based treatments, diagnosing and treating mental disorders, creating individualized plans, and monitoring progress.
Collaborate with families and refer to specialists as needed, maintain thorough records, and ensure confidentiality and safety protocols.
Work as part of an interdisciplinary team, reporting to the Clinical Director, with opportunities for supervision and professional growth.
Qualifications include a master’s degree in social work, counseling, or related field, current licensure, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, attention to detail, and passion for mental health.
This full-time role offers competitive pay ($27-$40/hr or $55,000-$65,000 annually), benefits such as 401(k), insurance, paid time off, and flexible scheduling, with work hours Monday to Friday, no nights or weekends.
