Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate APRN to join our healthcare team in skilled nursing and long-term rehab facilities.
Provide direct patient care, perform assessments, diagnose, and develop treatment plans across specialties like pulmonary, infectious disease, cardiovascular, psychiatry, and rehab.
Prescribe medications following Florida guidelines, document accurately using EMR/EHR, and conduct admission/discharge evaluations.
Coordinate care with physicians and staff, promote preventive health, and educate patients and families.
Ensure quality care, participate in rounds, and help reduce readmissions while adhering to infection control policies.
Qualifications include active Florida APRN license, DEA registration (preferred), BLS/ACLS, NPI, 3+ years experience, and knowledge of post-acute and geriatric care.
Work hours include weekdays and weekends, with flexible scheduling.
Skills encompass physical exams, behavioral health, medical equipment, and senior care practices.
