Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate APRN to join our healthcare team in skilled nursing and long-term rehab facilities.

  • Provide direct patient care, perform assessments, diagnose, and develop treatment plans across specialties like pulmonary, infectious disease, cardiovascular, psychiatry, and rehab.
  • Prescribe medications following Florida guidelines, document accurately using EMR/EHR, and conduct admission/discharge evaluations.
  • Coordinate care with physicians and staff, promote preventive health, and educate patients and families.
  • Ensure quality care, participate in rounds, and help reduce readmissions while adhering to infection control policies.
  • Qualifications include active Florida APRN license, DEA registration (preferred), BLS/ACLS, NPI, 3+ years experience, and knowledge of post-acute and geriatric care.
  • Work hours include weekdays and weekends, with flexible scheduling.
  • Skills encompass physical exams, behavioral health, medical equipment, and senior care practices.
