Job Description

Join a healthcare team in Gallup, NM as a full-time or part-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) providing care in skilled nursing facilities.

  • Work 4-5 days a week with flexibility, autonomy, and strong earning potential.
  • Assess patients, develop and adjust treatment plans, and monitor progress.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care.
  • Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with regulations.
  • Previous experience in post-acute, acute, ER, or clinic settings preferred; new grads considered.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and understanding of medical terminology required.
  • Must be licensed as an NP and able to relocate to Gallup, NM.
