Work closely with physicians and staff to assess, diagnose, and treat residents, focusing on geriatric care and improving outcomes.

Offer comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, manage acute and chronic conditions, and educate patients and families.

Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.
