Job Description
We are seeking a full-time primary therapist for a residential treatment center specializing in trauma, mental health, and addiction.
Licensed (LCSW, CMHC, LFMT, or Associate license accepted).
Experienced in individual, family, and group therapy with knowledge of CBT.
Interested in incorporating art, music, and recreation into therapy.
Focused on attachment issues and complex trauma.
Warm, caring personality with good boundaries and strong communication skills.
Skilled in timely charting, treatment planning, and monitoring client progress.
Able to assess symptoms related to substance abuse, mental illness, and trauma.
Must hold a valid driver’s license (no recent DUI/reckless driving).
Pass background check and drug screening.
Willing to work weekends, on-call, and 40 hours/week.
In-person work in Mapleton, UT; relocation required before starting.
