This full-time nursing supervisor position oversees and supervises resident care in a skilled nursing facility in Indiana, PA, with a 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM schedule, including rotating weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities include managing nursing services, ensuring compliance with regulations, developing care plans, administering treatments, performing blood draws, IV therapy, and addressing operational issues through resident rounds.
Requires a nursing degree, valid PA license, at least one year of long-term care experience, and CPR certification.
Supervises LPNs and Nursing Assistants, assists with scheduling and training, and participates in meetings and educational programs.
Must handle stressful situations, respond promptly to resident needs, and uphold all health and safety regulations.
