Job Description
Seeking a compassionate and professional RN Unit Manager to oversee a residential healthcare unit in a not-for-profit, 80-bed facility in Groton, NY.
Lead daily operations, ensuring high-quality, resident-centered care in compliance with laws, regulations, and standards.
Must be a licensed RN in NY with at least 1 year of supervisory experience in long-term care.
Strong leadership, teaching abilities, and team-building skills are essential.
Coordinate with residents, families, and staff to meet resident needs and ensure effective communication.
Knowledge of EMR systems and familiarity with NY long-term care regulations required.
Compensation includes full-time salary ($74,100–$78,000), benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO, 403b), and bonus opportunities.
Work schedule is Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts, with on-call responsibilities.
Candidates should have reliable transportation to Groton, NY, and relevant experience in EMR and LTC.
Educational background with a preferred bachelor’s degree is advantageous.
