Job Description
Part-time or PRN Speech Language Pathologist positions available, focusing on enhancing residents’ communication and swallowing abilities.
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in accordance with physician orders and care plans.
Require Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, valid state license, and ability to maintain certifications.
Preferred experience in long-term care; must pass background checks and obtain CPR certification.
Must possess strong interpersonal, organizational, and technological skills, with flexibility to work outside standard hours and travel as needed.
Responsibilities include evaluating residents, developing treatment plans, documenting progress, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards, maintain accurate records, and promote resident dignity and quality of care.
