Seeking dedicated Masters-level clinicians (MSW, LCSW, LISW, LMHC, LMFT, LPCC) for outpatient mental health services in Albuquerque, NM.
Provide individual, group, and family therapy, conducting assessments, treatment planning, clinical documentation, and discharge planning.
Work with diverse populations, including children and families, in various settings such as clinics, homes, and community-based environments.
Maintain a caseload with a focus on evidence-based modalities, ensuring timely documentation and compliance with HIPAA.
Collaborate with community support teams, participate in program planning, and support quality improvement initiatives.
