Currently hiring Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants for our Ooltewah, TN clinic with a $10,000 signing bonus.

  • Full-time, in-person position offering a competitive salary with monthly bonuses, benefits including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and a 401(k) with employer match.
  • Work schedule typically 3-4 days per week with flexible shifts, no on-call or administrative tasks.
  • Providers evaluate and treat pediatric (from 6 months), adult, and geriatric patients, perform procedures with local anesthesia, conduct physicals, vaccinations, and interpret diagnostic results.
  • Qualifications include Board certification or eligibility, active TN medical license, DEA, ACLS, and willingness to obtain DOT certification.
  • Position requires in-person work in Ooltewah, TN, with relocation assistance available.
