Job Description
• Manage a clinical caseload by providing individual and group therapy to veterans and their families, supporting recovery from substance use and mental health disorders.
Conduct assessments, develop and update treatment plans, and recommend appropriate care levels.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team through weekly meetings to ensure cohesive treatment and progress tracking.
Maintain accurate documentation of clinical services, adhering to regulatory and agency standards.
Engage in weekly supervision for professional growth and licensure support.
Provide crisis intervention and make referrals to additional services as needed.
Develop and implement discharge plans, including lower levels of care and housing referrals.
Represent the organization professionally in community interactions and partnerships.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Behavioral Health or related field, active Kentucky licensure (e.g., CSW, LCSW, LPCA, LPCC, LPA) and/or CADC, with experience working with veterans and co-occurring disorders.
